How long are private sessions?

Private sessions are typically 1-hour long.  However, Sessions can vary from 35 mins to 1.5hrs depending on session type. Change in length affects rate.

 

How many participants are involved in a session?

Our sessions are primarily private. Thats right, one-on-one individual attention

**Also available are: 
Small Group Sessions - maximum 4 clients // 1 trainer
Private Group Classes - private group determined by client..

 

Where are sessions held?

  • At your gym or home

  • Virtual session held via zoom

  • Private studio/gym rental (additional fees apply).

 

What is your cancellation policy?

24 hour notice required or full payment is due.

 

What is included in a session?

Each session is specifically designed to suit the client's individual fitness needs/goals.
However, a standard session includes:

  • Review of goals and homework from previous week

  • Corrective Exercise based warm up

  • Prescribed workout program (based on session type: resistance training, soca dance, cardio training, dance technique)

  • Cool Down + Quick review of session and homework
